@monkbent how will you see Apple solve the issue of adding value? Or for me, choosing 4:3 or 16:9, keep retina etc.

@monkbent That would sound like sending the wrong message that bigger is premium/better. IMHO.

@monkbent That'll cannibalize the iPad mini. people buy large phones because it serves both form factors

@monkbent people would buy only one iDevice instead of two, and would put off an iPad buying for years

@jaykannan better not make an iPad then. Will hurt Mac sales (possible you're right. We'll see)

@monkbent I just upgraded my 4S to a 5S and I gotta say, it is more difficult to operate with one hand. I have to regrip sometimes.

@monkbent Surprising because the half inch on the 5 made it *much* more usable for me. Started using it for much more Twitter, email, etc.

@monkbent Physical keyboards were a faux 'must have' that consequently died. I don't see one-handed operation of a phone going the same way.

@monkbent I preferred the 4S’s size, too. Think they’d make a shrunken (but same aspect ratio) iPhone 5S/C when (if) they do a 4in+ iPhone?

@monkbent Agree the 4S was the 'perfect' size for one-handed use — 5/5s/5c are a wee bit tall.
