@steven_odb 4S. Try swithing to an app way back in the task switcher. After you select it, it looks like you can do something, but you can't -
@monkbent yup, you’re right. It really depends on the app too. Could it be that iOS6 app suffer more? -

@monkbent This sounds horrible. With iOS 6 there is a short delay when switching to an app that IS in memory that irritates me. -
@platkus yeah. The delay is unavoidable. What's unacceptable is giving the impression you can do something. -
@monkbent Right. The small delay before apps can accept input when switching between in memory apps is bad to me. This sounds 1000x worse!
