The absolute only reason Microsoft sold as many Surfaces as they have so far is because the iPad existed first.
@BenBajarin really? You're saying that if the iPad didn't exist the Surface would have sold less? That...doesn't make sense.

@monkbent iPad matured and standardized the concept. MSFTs attempts with tablet PC is the evidence. -
