Not sure how this holds up in court. Outlawing specific powers of an elected office by targeting groups who contribute money to the campaign of the particular individual in that office?

What about independent expenditures? What about people who donate because they prefer to be prosecuted by the alternative? What about those who contribute to the DA *&* the AG? Focus your energy on electing good DAs.
