Beethoven was my dude as a kid. But the issue here is Ben is a big ol cultural racist who probably also thinks black folk never made "longhair music." He (or anyone) could check out composers Louis Godchaux or Will Marion Cook, but a bit of swing makes Ben trip over his own feet.
