It's not bad behavior. Bad behavior would be asking them to find dirt on Biden. Trump did not. Bad behavior is the previous VP threatening to withhold $$ if the Ukraine doesn't fire the prosecutor. This was in the public realm and asking to get to the bottom of it isn't bad

As to call transcript itself: Trump’s actual “favor” is that Ukraine look backward, to what happened in the 2016 election. This is a legitimate ask, since election meddling looks to have come from both Russia and Ukraine. Looking backwards isn't bad behavior. It's common sense.
