Yes he is and was a major disappointment as he was the vote that allow Obamacare and turned it into a tax
The disappointment of 43 continues
Why not? Bush was a disappointment as well. Still missing RR :(
Roberts is a slight centrist in all cases. Kavanaugh is a slight centrist in criminal cases but conservative on civil. Alito aligns to a degree with the libs on criminal matters, but has to write a separate concurrence. Thomas and Gorsuch are more conservative than John Birch.
Meh, he is fine, he’s just a small ball judge. The ruling today makes clear the citizenship question is constitutional, that’s a win for any administration that understands how to co ply with the APA.
Again remember Obamacare
I did, as well. Was crucified on Fox News for daring to question POTUS. I hate being right on this one.
Cheney wanted Luttig.
Boy does he ever. CJRoberts is the gift that keeps on giving for the left. so now, we get to allocate representation based on people whether they are citizens or NOT. madness.
I just saw this. Roberts strikes again. First he gave us Obamacare, and now this.
Good call...AND this Bush choice now needs to be contrasted with Trump's choices. In many ways, Trump has passed litmus tests already that Bush or Bush clones never would.
Bush was a big government lib and appointed a big government lib. Shocking revelation
That’s why most of us don’t like him either.
Yet you hypocritically voted for Bush...

That’s not as bad as voting for somebody’s skin color over the content of their character like you did in 2008.
I’m beginning to think that most GOP abstinence regarding Trump policy goes back to Bush.
The justices on the Supreme Court, have far too much power. They’re drunk with power.
