Ron Paul always preached that all efforts of diplomacy should be exhausted before war becomes an option. I’m for our president sitting down with any leader, no matter their record, to avoid the spending of American lives overseas.

To be clear, I’m pretty libertarian, I don’t typically defend the majority of Trump’s actions. But I do belief that relativism has no place in politics. Actions are either good or bad. If the headline was “Obama sits down with dictator to discuss peace” the left would applaud...

...now Trump does it and the left complains. The opposite is also true. Obama had done this, the right would talk on how weak he was. Peace is good. That it true. Real truth. Not postmodern relativism. The morality of an action doesn’t change with the actor.

Yes, Kim is a horrible person, killed a large amount of people, but what if if this saves millions more lives?

This is pretty stupid coming from someone as smart as you are Ben, imagine if someone had met with Hitler about his crazy policies and prevented the mass killings of millions... I think that would’ve been way better than all the deaths and the war that ensued.

Now Imagine that a President prevented Hitler from all his disgusting actions. Would the music matter? This is sad Ben.
