For me, they're both private corporations that get to decide how certain speech impacts their product. So while I think the NFL handled things poorly, I'm not supremely troubled by their decision, and I think ABC was right to dump Roseanne. (END)
Both are based on money. NFL gets paid by DOD, ABC protecting their business. It’s the same thing.

Freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom from consequences. Colin Kap lost a hell of a lot of money for kneeling but he was never silenced, same w Roseanne.
