While you're at it, tell us whether someone with "virtually nothing left of his brain" would be suffering. Extra points if you can sing and tap dance while doing this.pic.twitter.com/xcq1P161bq

That should be obvious. It depends on what is left of the brain which is not clear from these statements. I never said he would *definitely* be suffering merely that it is a possibility and unless you know exactly which brain regions are intact, you cannot contradict that.
-
What do you think "there is virtually nothing of his brain left", actually means?
-
I have already explained how, by definition, he is not brain dead as he is breathing and that there is, therefore, the possibility he can experience pain. To continue to deny that possibility makes you either proud or stupid.
-
I understand your definition of 'brain dead'. Understood. My question is what do you think "there is virtually nothing of his brain left", actually means?
-
Not “my” definition of brain dead. The medical definition of brain dead. Don’t use words you don’t understand

-
You're unable to answer the question. What do you think "there is virtually nothing of his brain left", actually means?
-
Because it’s not a medically descriptive term, there is not certain definition and interpretation is subjective. Clearly he has severe brain damage but it has not affected all regions of the brain or there would be no “virtually” about it. This isn’t helping your case.

Brain dead includes brain stem death. Brain stem required for breathing. Breathing without life support ergo not brain dead by definition. They are referring to erosion of the cortices nec for higher function. But you’re the smart one aren’t you?
