Summary cases in sheriff's courts don't set precedent. Stop trolling simpletons & go slide back into your anonymous swamp.
You want to ramp this to precedent level to feed your notoriety & fill your begging bowl.

I believe you're talking about Legal Precedent, which it may (not) set, this depends on if it is cited in future cases which neither you or I are able to divine. The fact that it has gone through the system has already led to similar cases being broughthttp://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-merseyside-43816921 …

Oh lord. 1500 cases a year are prosecuted! This is a summary judgement at magistrates court! There have been about 9000 cases! No precedent is possible! Why doesn't he speak for Chelsea Russell or any of the other vulnerable cases? He pretends! Fake!https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/law-and-order/11627180/Five-internet-trolls-a-day-convicted-in-UK-as-figures-show-ten-fold-increase.html …

I have spoke in support of her. This case can be cited to convict other people, if the appeal is successful, my case can be used to protect people. What form do you work for? Amazed you know more than my lawyers. Proceeds of crime? My money comes from my YouTube lol.

If you ask for money based on this now, then yes. I've not seen you talk about her, or fans against criminalisation & the malicious communications act in Scotland. And no. A summary case can't be cited except in the most amazingly narrow circumstance. Change your lawyer

Summary cases were cited in my own trial, by my defense and the prosecution, all of which were taken into consideration by the judge. Man, you know for than defense lawyers, a senior fiscal depute AND a member of the judiciary. You so smart.

Thanks. And where they at the appeals court? Hmm? When you going to talk with fans against criminalisation down at holyrood to help draft the new hate crimes legislation? Or talk to Chelsea? Or just stop being such a greeting self focussed schemie Ned? Pull yourself together

I have kinda realized that you aren't actually interested in anything constructive, you're just one of those "look how big my brain is" type of guys who say embarrassingly wrong things and then completely ignore anything that proves you wrong.

Nope. Sheriff's court doesn't set precedent. Unless we bother to go Google warrior on this, it's an impasse. I've given you constructive points. If you want to ignore them & skull a buck fast, that's upto you

You've not been constructive. You've also ignored the bullshittery of ignoring intent and context. It was bullshit.
