@benohanlon @APribetic thinking the cabbie gets zero blame is ridiculous too. Had any of them accepted the low-fare ride, she'd be alive -
@LawyerToronto @APribetic the cabbie isn't obliged to provide a service, nor could he foresee the future. Not the cabbie's responsibility. -
