I assumed that James was behind it. It is interesting to say the least. Just hate seeing komodo fade in value as other coins are cleaning up on vapor disguised as hype.

James philosophy is that this is open source software and many independent coins will exist, no point in fighting that. Komodo allows to create independent blockchains, each adding value to the overall ecosystem and Pirates is one of them
