2/2 If we create laws we then need to monitor, enforce and adjudicate. I'm not sure that's what we want to invest resources into. But if you sent to JL777 then he'll make the final decision. I'm only relaying my opinion.

Ben when you write a CODE, it is LAW. Without CODE how can you write a BlockChain program Mate?!
Every KOMODO BlockChain has its own CODE, hasn't it?! I've already sent the Protocol to JL777c.3 replies 0 retweets 2 likes -

I agree the code is law. Why need more regulation even if voluntary, which we then need to enforce and maintain? For what benefit? I'm happy you've sent it to JL777. You asked my opinion so I'm sharing it with you

My understanding is that the chains are already independent. You can even look at
@VerusCoin to see for a project that's adopted and developed code. They didn't need to ask permission. And even if we hadn't given permission they could still develop. It is open source.pic.twitter.com/fDRko9ntKZ

If you ask me what you call KOMODO tech should CODE the Protcol and declare it openly to the KOMODO BlockChains.....but if the BlockChains demand a change on the Protocol KOMODO tech should obey it. Remember the Protocol is a draft which has to be approved by BlockChains.

If all Komodo forks and chains voted for a change, they could implement that change on their chain. It would not mean Komodo need implement it. This is because all have their own independent chain. You suggest a governance model we could use. It doesn't mean we should or we must.

You can imagine, I was quite well paid for that kind of service
If you consider the Protocol seriously and make business decisions based on it, you won't fail
