Obviously he was talking about gang members. No doubt, but even the most violent gang member even if his actions are atrocious is still a human being and therefore infinitely valuable. He was using a figure of speech but poor choice

From that clip, Trump strayed away from the question to talk generally abt illegal immigration. If Trump was just talking abt MS-13 criminals, he would be talking about imprisonment, not deporting them repeatedly. Trump's desire to stroke his ego is what's getting him in trouble.
