I agree with the judge they should have been sequestered from the beginning. That sounds like a already pre-planned move to remove any guilty verdict that is handed out and give her a chance for appeal on those grounds and the gate the guilty verdict all together.

The judge has just denied the defense’s motion to declare a mistrial. He said he would hope elected officials would stop talking about the Derek Chauvin trial. But he adds one congresswoman’s opinion won’t make the difference.

This should now be declared a Mistrial, plain and simple. Why spend taxpayer dollars on Appeal. The Jury was threatened, as a matter of fact the whole judicial system was threatened.

Even the judge is suggesting a guilty verdict— it would have been nice to hear some reasonable doubt in what he said.
