This officer should not be charged with felony murder. This is not justice. I pray the truth will prevail in this case.

The moment he took out his service weapon and shot a suspect running away in the back he had committed premeditated murder. He shot 3 times with the intention to kill. There was no credible threat to his life to justify this use of force.
