10. It is very difficult to argue that Warren did not commit racial fraud. She used the advantages in the system to advance her career with no evidence (to this day) that she is actually Native American. Democrats defending her behavior on this point is dubious - at best.

In order to receive Alaska Native Land Claims which we’re established by Congress in the 70’s an Alaskan Native has to be able to have 25% native blood.

I am Haida and I know we have a tribal roll, and the tribal enrollment is done by the Tribe. Elizabeth Warren should be punished for impersonating and using it to advance herself.

Great idea! I think the Alaskan Natives prove by the same method. I know two Alaskan Natives and one only has 10% which was too little to receive Alaskan Native Land Claims.

They also don't use DNA ti determine that. I am 1/2 Tlingit, proven by family tree, not DNA.
