I’d disagree with the punching down bit - for example, BHA are much bigger than us at GTS, more funding, more organised support. V true that pharma companies etc wrongs are much bigger. One problem is that following what they’re doing is harder for lay people (like me, even).

I can understand the issues with trial data going missing, failure to report results, etc, but conveying that to a wider public is harder than “these are just sugar pills”. Then having that public come away with tangible actions they can undertake is also trickier.
