If you are still refusing to get vaccinated for COVID, please just spare us the faux intellectual explanations and political-ideological justifications. Just say you don’t wanna do it and are prepared to suffer the consequences for your job, for travel and access to normal life.

Had Harriet Tubman compared the 70 slaves she freed to 4 million enslaved , she might have given up. Her hope and leadership were not based on the dire math of reality, but on a calculation of faith . Hope is not empirically demonstrated, it is morally chosen.

A very moving piece by that should remind all policy makers that when making decisions that affect the lives of others, putting common sense and compassion first will lead you to the right answer and better results for those you serve.

So happy to see Wes Moore jump in the race for Maryland Governor. He is a person of great values and he knows first hand what it takes to overcome adversity and meet big challenges.

I don’t think they realize what they’ve just done. Republicans in Georgia have just angered & awakened a sleeping growing giant. That giant which usually sleeps through midterms is now wide awake. They’ve handed progressives the energizing & mobilizing midterm issue they needed!

Excellent Op-Ed by Tim Shriver cautioning rebel stock traders that as they take on the powerful, not to malign those with intellectual differences. Strong message from Shriver: always take the high road when taking on those on the high ground.

Listening to on tape with Georgia officials for a second time, it seems fairly clear that the outgoing President belongs either in prison or in a psychiatric institution.

Joe Biden got 16 million more votes than Hillary Clinton did in 2016. grew his total vote by 4 million fewer votes than President-elect Biden did compared to his party’s 2016 nominee. So Trump lost popular vote by 2x as much as he did in 2016.

So proud of my friend — what she imagined into being with ; what she built, and what she’s passing on. Heck of an inspiration, this woman. And, she is the queen of gumbo and pies.

It really is an amazing thing that Trump's entire life has been just acting like an absolute shameless, bratty entitled asshole about everything and everyone just kind letting him do it for fifty years.

Fact: has been on the ballot only two times in his life. Both times, more Americans have voted against him than for him. Perhaps it’s time he takes the hint.
