Every winter is the same: I remember to take vitamin D three months after I should start taking it and wonder why I haven't been taking it all this time. It's gotta be like the easiest, cheapest drug to improve your day to day mood / life
My SO swears by them but I'm also a take-as-little-stuff-as-I-can type. Maybe next winter

I'm that type too (ask me how many Advil I've ever had in my life) but by the safe token, if I'm deficient in a known vitamin that my body needs, is that really so bad to help? I dunno. Feeling not-depressed seems net beneficial
