Because I'm 80 years old I got the "low acid" coffee beans from Trader Joe's to try them out and they taste like an alien who just landed on earth was tasked with reconstituting "coffee" based on having smelled it one time

Maybe stick to light roasts? They are definitely less acidic, but also have the benefit of being more caffeinated. Also what’s your brew method? Doing something new could help!

Yeah I generally don't love dark roasts. And honestly the acidity is only an occasional problem. I do V60 right now
