Are accountants who communicate mostly by email a thing or am I chasing something that doesn't exist?

I'm looking for someone who interfaces with my business the same way everyone else does (mostly e-mail, calls scheduled with a calendar invite, meetings rarely). Accountants seem to break the API I have for interacting with my business in a way that's very frustrating

I do not want to have to have my accountant as the only non-family member on the list of people who can break through my Do Not Disturb for calls
