I'm coming up on 1 month of being vegetarian tomorrow! Overall I feel really good about this process, I, by no means, miss the feeling of meat in my digestive system.

It's a lot more distinct than I would have ever thought, like the equivalent of digesting stones or something, it weighs you down so much!

That being said, I can't deny that I miss fish A LOT. So I think it's more likely that I'll be pescatarian moving forward.

I’m a pescatarian and honestly fish being an option makes it so easy I forget I have dietary restrictions

Yeah “restrictions” is the wrong word, “choices” I guess. Also I will eat meat in certain situations (e.g. guest at someone’s house I haven’t seen in a long time and they cook a wonderful steak dinner) which happens maybe once or twice a year
