Earlier today I was asking myself this question, if brands are benefiting from being able to retarget using email IDs, why would they implement ‘Sign-in-with-Apple’ on their Apps?

Looks like this answers that question. So it turns out brands don’t have a choice at all here. They are basically forcing users to choose between Ad-suported login vs Privacy focused login
