When working on character control code, it is super handy to have a slow motion function not only to examine the visuals closely, but also to see if you have any framerate dependencies. Different behavior in slomo means missed accounting for frame time (Time.deltaTime in Unity).

What happened is scientists discovered chlorofluorocarbons were bad for the ozone, countries believed them, the Montreal Protocol was signed, and CFC use fell by 99.7%, leading to the stabilization of the ozone layer, perhaps the greatest example of global cooperation in history.

Well for Father's Day I'm getting a couple hours of quiet work time, so I'm going to try getting rid of all turns/leans in animation and driving the spine with code. 🤞🤞🤞

Game animators: when making an animation set for a quadruped, do you prefer to put turns into separate anims, or do you like to bend the spine in a layer/code?

I'm thinking of a card game for my kids for the summer. The idea is you draw N cards a day to earn computer game time. Each card has exercises or possibly other activities. Put the cards in a pouch to cash them in, one time per day. Optimizing for parental life quality. Ideas?

What's a good note taking app using a pen on a Windows tablet/pen laptop? The Windows Whiteboard is getting worse and bafflingly won't work unless you're online. So, I'm looking for something that works offline and cloud syncs when it can.
