Last month I uploaded the third and final part in a review series I was doing for the movie Krampus.
Once uploaded, it was blocked for copyright, but that was the same for the first 2 parts, so I expected that it would be sorted after a copyright dispute.

However, the dispute was returned negative, despite the video falling under fair use laws, and the prior videos having been let up by this point. I checked which part was causing the issue to see if I could fix it, and I did fix it.

However, when I uploaded it, it was blocked again, this time for a random other section of footage. I decided to send in an appeal for the original that explained why the video falls under fair use.

In this appeal, I cited legal documents and made it as clear as possible the video falls under fair use. Today, I got an email saying the appeal had been denied.

This is a clearly invalid copyright claim, if not just because my video falls under fair use, but because this is part 3 in a series where the other 2 parts were both allowed up. There is genuinely no good reason I shouldn't have been able to upload this video after the dispute.

Copyright holders often use YouTube's copyright system to hide any criticism of themselves, and it's genuinely infuriating. As a movie/music reviewer online, I know just the lengths companies will go to to make themselves look good.

Can you take a look at this copyright claim and see if you can stop it in some way?
I know @TeamYouTube avoid getting involved in copyrighy claims, but when the system is being so obviously cheated, you guys really need to do something about it.
