I was looking at this building already, but ditched it because of wrong angle to the estimated impact location. Good job.
A very quick look to the northwest of the area in the map they posted above shows a LOT of military infrastructure. I haven't seen an obvious SAM site yet, but still looking. Could also be a mobile launcher, of course.
