@YouTube What’s going on? Why do I get a message that says, “Asset not readable” when attempting to upload videos? This has never happened before.

Thanks for the screenshot. Please uninstall the app, restart the device and install back in to see if that makes a difference. Let us know how it goes.

I’ve attempted to delete the app & reinstall it twice. I’ve also submitted feedback directly from the app. No resolution. I can’t believe “Oh well!” is the only answer I’m getting from a big company like @YouTube. What other app can help me save videos since YouTube can’t help?
