    This year, I’m going to be reading and writing about “Organizations as Ecosystems.” - The overarching goal is to meander through both how human and non-human actors work and work together and the ways that organizations sense, react, learn, and change.

    Vivianne has been an incredible mentor and friend over the past few years, so being invited to contribute to is a huge honor and privilege. Excited to continue learning with and from the folks in this wonderful community!

    I would love to see invest in better pen controls, especially on iPad. I end up writing/drawing a ton before "formalizing" those sketches into flows and diagrams. Having them as mutable objects in Miro is much better than importing images.
