Idea is 3 pipelines (for projects) - the 3 horizontal bands - to ensure one type isn’t alway ‘more important’ and doesn’t drown out the others. Ie space to both look at ‘small stuff’ and the ‘big important stuff’.
for me the grid structure led me to follow a column downwards through all 3 bands at first; also the sideways text is a bit of a pain to read
