This is a random thing I found out the other day. Is this an #opticalillusion or some hard/software thing?
There are only black and white rotating stripes, but I see the rotation occurring in multiple "patches". You also get Fechner colors appearing between patches.pic.twitter.com/cA1sI8ZXYh

i think it’s surely an effect of chopping an animation into discrete frames without motion blur
