Intéressé par des études/recherches qui mettent en relation territoires, langues, religions et structures mentales/sociales des peuples associés. Pourquoi les scandinaves sont protestants et les latins plutôt catholiques... avec les structures sociales et mentales associées ?

The best candidates for the worst bureaucratic roles are people with « grandes écoles » type of profiles who haven’t find their life mission and think they can solve anything with some kind of « brain power » and fast food recipes. These are damaging severely societies.

Do organisations tend to be ‘overmanaged and underled’ ? Possibly a trend in a context of purpose crisis. All shades are however there on the 4 quadrants over/under managed vs. over/under led. The worst being obviously under managed and under led. Ginka Toegel

Bureaucrats, the worst species on earth, don’t value meaningful details, which make the difference between success & failure. The same bureaucrat could run consecutively a saussage factory, an art gallery, a school, a wc shop, a web agency & a church with equal enthusiasm.
