I wish the avg nightly fee was transparent including cleaning fee and other hidden city fees etc.
The dark pattern where you start off with $100/night and somehow end up with total of $250 after a bunch of hidden fee gets added is a bit frustrating!

Family reunion option: Provide a way to search/book multiple properties that are geographically close for large gatherings - could also apply for business meetings, company all-hands etc especially now that many people are remote and HQs can't host everyone
