I'm detail oriented & the FAQ section lacks detail. Can a creator get penalized/striked for what a commenter posts? I usually delete links I see posted just as a safety measure, but I don't always get notifications of all comments that are posted. Therefore can't police it 100%.

YouTube wont TELL you what you want to know because then they will use the "rules" (which are INTENTIONALLY VAGUE) to say you did something "wrong" Everything YT does is intentionally secret and never revealed

Then, you tell people that they will remain suspended, and YOU HAVE to clear a banned channel in order to be able to use/have your channel legally on youtube, but there is NO way to get back your channel....when it is SUSPENDED FOREVER - FAIR? NO!!
