That’s because a poor person has to hand that check over to their landlord on day one. Half the country is at risk of eviction and you think this is a good time to talk about the virtues of frugality.

Well if they could persuade a better deal and hold onto a percent that can be invested in something productive or innovative. You think that’s impossible? Then you have never really worked for it I’d assume.
