    I learnt not to spend too much time at any victory party especially if the opponent is not yet totally knocked out . The worst losses occur at the peak of victory .So always be vigilant to make sure that you bargain for the most unpredictable outcome&alliances

    Naming and shaming is a political strategy and it has results.... it gets people talking about it...sends a message to the top. Catching and releasing has no results and sendsa message that those at the top are not serious about corruption
