They found him in 7 minutes because they knew where he was starting. They should've given him a day or at least a couple of hours to get away to really test this.

You missed the point. This was not hide and seek. They weren't looking for him. The airport camera just flagged him and the airport security came for him. They didn't know it was a setup or who he was.
