What a bizarre way to spin that Johnson has been caught lying. Again.

Usual BBC covering, 'Nothing to see here'. Absolute disgraceful from the BBC.

Secret document that exposes yet more of Boris Johnson’s barefaced lies: *is leaked* The first thought in Laura’s head: “How can I spin this to minimise the damage?” Gross.
-
Don't know if you watched the press conference but Laura was first question up. And her question was.. "you say Boris Johnson is hiding things, but you won't even tell us which way you'll vote in a referendum". Bought and paid for.

98% of Northern Irish business owners could go out of business as a result of Boris Johnson's Brexit deal = 'not surprising of secret'? Really?

Seriously - why is the BBC publishing rebuttals on behalf of the Tory party???
-
Laura's a tory. She's admitted here she's known Boris has lied for months about this but never actually called him out

Perhaps hold him to account on the fact that he is lying about the reality of his Irish border plans. Political balance is not served by allowing someone to lie.
-
Agree totally! Politicians lie contemptuously and constantly because the media act purely as conduits for them to spread their lies rather than challenge them there and then! I recognise fact checking is a significant theme now, but a total lack of it in the past has led us here!
