Yeah, I get that. But people crash cars because they hit the accelerator instead of the break. Nothing is foolproof. What bites me is the suggestion of deliberate malpractice on Amazon's behalf in many reports. Can see no evidence of that.

I haven’t seen any suggestions of deliberate malpractice in the reports I’ve seen. The owners’ reactions might have been hyperbolic, but it was happening to them. Note also that this is with a comparatively small population using them. Worse could happen with more users.
