Hardly watch any or many premier league games and don't recall seeing either of these this season so without seeing them play I can agree wholeheartedly with you
Congratulations BTW on promotion

Delph has proven viable as wing back / full back at Citeh, so probably a useful utility. Inclusion of Welbeck shows how poor our attacking options are (and I’m a Gooner)

Would rather have taken Defoe

Delph played 21/38 City games and was excellent in most of them. Played more minutes than Gabriel Jesus, Bernardo Silva, Ilkay Gundogan, Vincent Kompany and Stones. Only question is where Southgate sees him playing for England.
-
How many did he start?
-
Oh. I dunno. Most of them I think. He's a decent player. No doubt fans of different clubs favour their own players though. I guess we'll see how well we do in Russia....

Are they the subs? I would like a line-up that has Rashford, Vardy, Kane, and Sterling all starting. Go out and terrify the opposition. It seems to work for Liverpool and Man City. Oh - and the Rooks!
