So, after 20 mins on @AskHalifaxBank's security line, one of the questions they asked me was personal info about my partner. We've never had our mortgage with Halifax, she's never banked with them. (1/3)
"How did you get this info?" I asked the chap. "It's on your Experian credit file," he replied. So my bank has personal info on someone who's never banked with them thanks to Experian. (2/3)
