I’ll find out in an hour when I attempt to check in for the 06:30 to Geneva. It’s not just the holiday makers who get to share the unmatched joylessness of FastFood Airways

The race to the bottom continues unchecked.

Cattle truck this morning. Not enough space to smuggle a mouse. Might have squeeze myself under the seat in front

-
Not sure whether my legs are worse from the skiing or the flight home.

I fly EasyJet all the time and never anything but good, my last flight arrived home 30 minutes early!
-
Been waiting three weeks for a refund after our flight got cancelled during the last bit of snow. Staff so unhelpful, company basically left us stranded.
-
We were delayed for three nights a couple of years back and EasyJet put us in a 5* hotel and paid our taxi and all our meals. My son was delayed for a few nights during the snow this year and they did exactly the same with him
-
EasyJet were v good when we were forced to land in another country overnight too, but it's the general decline in standards that concerns me. Leg room, the hand luggage lottery, excessive charges for onboard refreshements, etc
-
Ah I see, not sure I've used them enough to notice overall decline. Of course leg-room has always been an issue for me - my gripe about about having to pay more for an exit seat continues...
