As
@asymco says, all of us recharge every night, and you don’t see people complaining about not being able to stay awake for a week. -
No, we don't. Not all of us ;-) I don't charge my phone every night and my Charge 2 lasts for 5 days....
-
You don’t sleep every 24 hours?
-
I do, but I use my Fitbit for sleep monitoring. Charging it overnight would remove one of its main functions. Also, it only takes about an hour to charge....
-
I just don't get sleep monitoring - and this from someone who often suffers bouts of insomnia. What info does it provide that in any way improves your life? I'm genuinely curious.
-
(1) Means you can measure yourself against other people of your age. (2) Gamification. By setting targets I get more sleep.
-
Interesting. I found the only way to 'cure' my insomnia was to stop thinking/worrying about sleep in the first place. Measuring sleep activity necessarily forces you to think about it. But your mileage etc.
-
the impression I got from your review was that you don’t really *love* that watch. Seems more like you tolerate it.
