Just had an episode of copper-bottomed incompetence from @DixonsCarphone and @ThreeUK. Trying to buy a 4G dongle to take abroad, but can't register on network as Three's systems are down. So can't take dongle home. Madness.
Your staff were more interested in blaming @ThreeUK than trying to sort the situation, so I left it.
