Can't easily import or export either. I know it is a risk but I use Mozilla Firefox Sync.

Resetting it wipes what is in your account, which will be replaced with what is in your browser. If you count on it as a backup, you’ll be disappointed. (2/2)

As insecure as Chrome password chest is, I still value its convenience. Only used for non-sensitive accounts, though. (No banks or online stores.)
