heard Lufthansa wont let that happen. they are/were in pole position to take Air Berlins share of the market & can loss lead on some routes

Jet2 have taken a long of business from Monarch and are moving into London-based airports

BMi seem to be doing pretty well, as are Norwegian (also into cheap long haul as are Icelandic outfit Wow)

Norwegian are the ones to watch. Cracked the low-cost transatlantic market already and hovered up the Nordic market.

Sorry missed this - agree 100%. JFK in business still 1/2 Virgin in PE. Newer aircraft/ better in-flight tech. Big fan
