The problem is copy approval has become so widespread, many PRs expect it as a matter of course.

A worse problem is the stenographing of press releases by teams looking for quick and easy content. Bypasses idea of copy approval.

I don't think that's necessarily a worse problem if they're fact-checking. They're fact-checking, right?
