Flip it and imagine schools were writing to parents implying they should vote Tory. There would be outrage. Schools must be apolitical.

I disagree - they are a key stakeholder in all communities so their voices have a right, even a responsibility, to be heard.

Seen a couple of these on FB, and none of them say to vote for one or the other, just to consider school funding when you vote. Big diff.

I think with the situation they're in, I don't blame them! Never seen teachers forced to be political in my lifetime.
