Yes and No! For those fortunate to have 50mbit/sec or above probably ok, but they are in the minority!

It's the way things are heading. Pretty sure aerials and satellites will be all but obsolete in a decade's time.

But it could be the stimulus needed for better broadband provision to all households. Sky can afford their own network.

Can't see Sky making a fibre network. Will piggyback off BT. Bandwidth definitely an issue, but this is direction of travel.
